3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tea spoons brown sugar
4 tea spoons fresh lime juice
3cl white rum(Bacardi)
soda water
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with crushed ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with soda water. Add a lime slice and a sprig of mint leaves, and serve.
